Time is essential. We all need time to express new ideas, talk things through, process memories and information, sit with difficult emotions and explore change. There is a fast, distracting pace to the world that is often about doing. Making time to think and be is important.

We established Time Psychology to create safe, collaborative, thinking spaces. Our sessions with highly qualified and experienced clinical psychologists are here for clients to discuss issues and explore possibilities. We all need time for this.

We are Time Psychology

Time Psychology was established by Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Dr Rachel Andrew in 2014.

We are a team of highly skilled and experienced clinical psychologists based in Rawtenstall, Lancashire within the United Kingdom. We have rooms in Rawtenstall but we currently cover a wide catchment area in the North-West for in-person appointments. We also offer remote video and telephone appointments, and have clients based in the UK and around the world.

Our Clinical Psychologists are all registered as Practitioner Psychologists with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

In addition our psychologists all hold current enhanced certificates with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
