What to expect from us
Sometimes, the adults and children we see have already tried counselling, psychotherapy or other single mode therapies and these have not proved helpful.
Our full psychological assessment is a key part of our service. This helps us understand any issues you are having. These assessment appointments may last up to 90 minutes, with each subsequent therapy session being an hour long.
After you contact us, we will send you a new client form and more information on the service we offer. Once you have had the opportunity to read the information and return the form, your clinical psychologist will contact you directly to arrange a first assessment appointment.
If an assessment is for a child then a parent / guardian / carer will need to join them for their first appointment.
At the end of the first appointment, your psychologist will discuss their recommendations, for you to consider.
We are an honest company. We will let you know what we think and if and how we can help. We will also let you know when we can’t.
